Tanya Whitt Simmons passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020, age of 44, at home with her mother and sister by her side. Tanya was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2016, 1 year after giving birth to her 4th child. At first doctors told her the lump she felt in her breast was likely a blocked milk duct from the pregnancy and breast feeding her child. She endured over 4 years of tortuous chemotherapy to prolong her life. She is greatly missed and forever loved.
