Regina Gail Steurer

Aug 12, 1964- November 19, 2015

Regina loved art, music, traveling, cooking, gardening, flowers and birds. She painted, played piano, traveled the world, cooked gourmet meals, tended her succulent garden and fed the birds. Her beautifully decorated home was a reflection of her interests. She loved sunrises, sunsets, and beautiful scenery which she captured in photos to share with others. She saw beauty in nature that others often missed. She was passionate about organic food and embraced the whole farm-to-table concept. She loved spending time with family and friends. She lived life fully and abundantly during her short 51 years here and was engaging to all those around her. Her sense of humor could make anyone laugh but for those who knew her well that often meant a belly laugh until you couldn’t breathe!

Although Regina continued to live life to the fullest while battling metastatic bone cancer for over a year, sadly the cancer spread to her heart this past summer causing many complications. Regina bravely fought with all she had, remaining positive through the tough months at the end of her journey here on earth. On November 19, 2015 she passed peacefully from this life to the next while at home with her son holding her hand.

She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. We take comfort that we will see her again one day.
