Heather Prochaska

Heather was diagnosed with MBC in 2016. She fought her final battle Oct 1, 2019 in Fort Collins CO surrounded by friends and family. She was a dedicated mother, wife, daughter and friend to EVERYONE. She was a Princess Warrior. She will be missed.
