Emma was a walking example of bravery and fear never being an option. The epitome of a mama bear, pouring out love as warm as fur and ripping anything open that threatened her babies. The mother, daughter, sister, and teacher everyone wants to have and be more like. She executed everything possible and trusted God with what seemed impossible.
She fought a seven year battle with cancer, the first occurrence when her twin babies were only three. She never missed a day in the classroom with her students. Strangers oblivious to the cancer unless she chose to share. Her physicians and loved ones amazed at her strength.
Emma would encourage donations to non-profit organizations researching a cure in stage four women such as METAvivor.
