Elizabeth “Beth” Elkin crossed over to the realm beyond physical existence on the morning of Dec 10, 2015. She had been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in January 2012. Beth was a very avid supporter of the cause and efforts championed by METAvivor, volunteering and participating in numerous events and activities.
She is survived by her two sons, three brothers, and mother. The family is encouraging others who have known Beth to contribute to METAvivor in lieu of other expressions of sentiment for her passing, such as flowers or cards.
