In Loving Memory of
Daisy “Chapis” Xiomara Flores
March 28 , 1982 to September 30th, 2024
Dallas TX
Daughter , mother, sister , aunt and so many other titles that hold her love to this very day and forever .
Daisy fought at stage 3 the first time and unfortunately 5 years later at Stage 4 being a BRCA2 .
On September 30th. 2024 you got your wings and found peace at last . They say Cancer is an emotional disease and boy did you give it a fight in so many ways other than in treatment . You used your kindness and love and those beautiful emotions to bring people together.compassion filled rooms , places and families everywhere you went .Even the toughest person would just melt with your caring nature .
You empowered , encouraged and fill so many lives with your courage and love for life and faith .
Your legacy lives on our dear Daisy . You had Cancer but Cancer never had you !!
In the end we remember you !!!
You always prayed that they found better treatments possibly a cure even . This was your prayer while in Chemo infusion room watching others , sometimes forgetting you yourself were also there for the same thing . That was just like Daisy . You never stopped living your life and enjoying it even when it got painful .
In this life and in all lives we choose you Daisy, even if it meant we had to do it all over again .
Stage 4 needs more !!!!! Stage 4 should automatically qualify for all treatments no matter what insurance carrier you have . Survivors should have more access to affordable maintenance and monitoring . Better Options to prevent Stage 4 reoccurrence !!!
And In the End Love wins , because that’s something Cancer can never touch !!!
The Flores Family prays and hope that no more Families have to loose their Daisies .
More research , more treatments , better medical options for Stage 4 !!!!
To the moon and back Sista my pink Sista in every life .
For Daisy always 💛🤍💛
