Kimberly Luker

Director at Large

Kimberly’s cancer journey began in 2008 with Stage IIB invasive ductal carcinoma, treated with two surgeries, accelerated radiation, and four months of chemotherapy. A recurrence in 2017 prompted a full axillary dissection followed by concurrent radiation and chemo. In early 2021, unrelenting headaches revealed skull metastases; she underwent a craniotomy followed by Gamma Knife surgery for residual lesions. NED since June 2021, Kimberly founded Bracelets4Hope, donating proceeds to MBC awareness, support, and research. A beacon of hope in her community, Kimberly and her alter ego, the MBC Unicorn, spread joy through unicorn shenanigans. She lives in Shell Beach, CA with husband Scot, Noble Mini Macaw Tazo, and Saint Bernard mix Lucy.
