Vicki Sumner fought a battle every day to live with metastatic breast cancer -MBC. On April 21, 2018, this Wife Mother Warrior was surrounded by her family and friends as she took her last breath. Despite the terrible disease taking over her body Vicki tirelessly advocated, educating all within her reach of the facts associated with living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and its life changing affects. Our efforts will now be shifting since More must be done to properly fund stage 4! In her honor her family and friends will continue her advocacy quest. Our hearts will never mend but in time METAvivor Research and Support Inc. and other deserving org’s will benefit from the efforts of your forever loyal, loving & passionate network.
Vicki is survived by her beloved husband Jack Story, her daughter Hailey Story, her parents Pete & Sandra Sumner, her sister Rhonda Davidson, nephews, Eric Davidson and Alex Sumner along with her numerous friends.
