Jennifer was diagnosed with stage 2b breast cancer in 2012. She underwent a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation and was afterward pronounced in remission. In February 2020 it was discovered to have metastasized. She underwent various treatments with varying levels of success until her options ran out in February 2023.
Jennifer graduated from the University of California – Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in English in 2002. She then pursued her law degree at the University of Missouri – Columbia and graduated in May 2006 with a Juris Doctorate. Following her graduation, Jennifer started her own law firm and has been serving the St. Louis area for over 17 years.
Jennifer loved music and going to concerts, she especially liked indie rock and Dave Matthews Band. She was an avid reader who enjoyed going to microbreweries and taking road trips. Above all things, she loved to spend time with her family and beloved pets. Jennifer was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
