SUMMARY:Stage IV Stampede
DESCRIPTION:Our annual flagship event in Washington\, D.C. brings together advocates\, patients\, and supporters to show national grassroots support for funding and legislation that can make a difference. Join us to raise awareness of metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer\, educate policymakers about the challenges faced by affected individuals\, and advocate for advancing medical research and improving care. Registered participants receive training and materials from METAvivor to empower their advocacy\, including information about our legislative priorities and how to effectively share personal stories. A short mandatory training is also provided at the event\, followed by a reception and networking.
