100% of your donation goes directly to our research grants. (Online credit card donations are subject to credit card fees.) METAvivor is run entirely by volunteers. We fund our modest overhead from corporate sponsorships, grants, sale of merchandise and private donations that have been earmarked in writing for this purpose.
Members of the METAvivor Board of Directors are occasionally awarded a modest honorarium for evaluation of programs or publications, or for a speaking engagement. Details are available by request to firstname.lastname@example.org
METAvivor requires that all donations generated by fundraisers conducted on our behalf (third party fundraisers) be expediently transferred to METAvivor. Our guidelines for hosting a third party fundraiser can be found here.
The name METAvivor and the metastatic breast cancer ribbon are trademarked by METAvivor Research and Support, Inc. METAvivor encourages the use of the metastatic breast cancer ribbon symbol, subject to these terms and conditions.
